I dont know that its been about 7 months and 50 lbs since I started. I know for sure that I do not have any side effects associated with diabetes. I kinda been in denial about my health since I was diagnosed and have not been to the doctor in over 12 years 0_o. I was managing the side effects but now I am eating healthy and 50lbs lighter I can defiantly tell the difference.
