❔❓⁉️New Steemian needs troubleshooting HELP pleas.
I troubleshoot HELP with the Steemit Mobile App please
Since I joined Steemit a few weeks ago, I have been using the Steemit Mobile App to post my content. I've haven't had any issues until about 2 days ago. When I try to upload my pictures from the app, my photos fail to download.
Here are screenshots I took of my issue. 👇
I click on the upload picture icon.
Select a picture from my phone gallery.
Then I get this error message. So frustrating!
So now if I want to use the app on my phone to post pictures on my articles I have to:
* Upload my pictures to a website outside of Steemit
* Get the link to my picture
* Reopen Steemit app
* Reopen my pending story
* Paste link in the article
It wouldn't be such a big deal if I was only uploading one picture but sometimes, depending on the subject, I post as many as 10+ pictures in one article. Especially if it's a travel or food post. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled then reinstalled app, cleared the cache on my phone, and nothing has worked. I want to continue using the app to post content but this is making it difficult.
So has this happened to anyone else? Did you resolve your issue? If any Steemians know how to troubleshoot this issue, any advice would help! Thanks! 😀
