Now it's my turn to introduce myself. I am 34 years old, I am aceh-indonesian people and I am married, and now have 2 children. Recently I started paying more attention to how to improve my lifestyle by living a healthier life and enjoying life.....

I believe the key is a balance in every aspect of life-relationship with others, time for yourself, traveling, finding new things every day, learning new things (I'm learning english), rediscovering yourself and really really doing what makes you happy
