Hello people of steemit!

Hey there! My name is Nikhil Rana. I'm a 24 year old civil engineering student from India who's currently pursuing his masters degree in structural engineering. I am kind of a tech nerd who loves reading comics, conspiracy theories and learning about new tech and all kinds of stuff that I find intriguing (Exactly why I started learning about crypto). I came to know about steemit through a youtuber @crypto-love (He makes cool videos. Check him out).

So, why am I here? Well, I just got done with my exams and had some time to kill, so I thought of making a steemit account for posting about anything really. I thought of not doing it at first but then I researched a little about it and realised how good this project is. I always wanted to start a youtube channel but I'm too camera shy for that I suppose so I'm just gonna post my content here until I get a little more camera friendly lol.

My mind keeps wandering a lot so I won't be posting about any one topic specifically. Thought I should mention that. I may be posting some tech reviews, life experiences, my thoughts about a particular topic, etcetra.

I'm new to the whole cryptocurrency world and so far, my experience has been pretty awesome since there are so many great projects out there that I discover everyday like Power Ledger and Lisk. Since I'm still a student, who has never had a job, I invested around $200 that I had left from my scholarship fund into some coins. I'm planning on holding these coins for long term as the money was gonna sit in my bank account for months anyways (unless I decided to spend it on shoes lol). The coins that I have invested in so far:

Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
IOTA (MIOTA)
Cardano (ADA)
NEO (NEO)
Lisk (LSK)
Groestlcoin (GRS)

I would really appreciate it if some of you would comment below about what you think about my coin choices so far. Also, suggestions for new coins are highly welcome.
