I hope @orientalhub can at least what you senior people have done for the hk community and even push it to higher heights.
we tried our methods and didn't turn out the way it should be, but with new blood coming in, I am sure @orientalhub could help unit and push all of us to higher heights
(i dun have much time to write what i am expert at, but i think i am good at generating ideas in discussions XD)
