I understand what you say about not knowing how to introduce yourself. If it's about the shell > body then it's not so hard, in fact it's easy for most to share about their background > experiences > outward achievments > jobs, what a person does with their time >*Who you are is different. we become who we are from our reactions to life and the choices we pick from those reaction > to grow into the light or take on the darkness. Sharing bout that is hard for most as they don't pay attention to themselves in that way.
