everyone can be a curator and earn in curators rewards. 25% of post payouts goes to the curators. All you have to do is find Good posts and vote on them. If you vote before many others then you will get a good reward, so the trick is to find posts that are undervalued and vote on them and leave good comments. if you search for curation here on steemit you will learn how it works
