We still have a tolarance policy on cannabis. So some parts of production and selling is illegal.
It works for the now and then social user, but if you need cannabis for medical reasons things need to change.

Now that I was not aware of. :c) The Netherlands is tighter on drugs than I imagined.
I imagine that the drugs shadow economy is more or less thriving as a result?
