This here is somewhat confusing. I want to assume you mean people shouldn't use uppercase letters in the tag section. If I'm right, then that's absolutely correct and I'll love if you could edit your post to make the corrections. In its current form, it's confusing.

It's not compulsory to use up all 5 tags. Use only tags relevant to what your post is about. The only rule is that you use a minimum of one tag and not more than 5 tags. Anything in between is cool.

Then the #introduceyourself tag is meant for only introductory posts so you're using it wrongly on this post. And unfortunately, you can't edit your first tag so the more reason why you should be careful when tagging your posts.
