As a fellow mom, I also recommend getting involved with the @steemitmamas tribe. Based on the fact that you used the #wellness tag, the @innerblocks tribe might be of interest to you, too. I had literally never used Discord before joining 2 months ago— but that's where these groups more or less operate, and for the mosttttt part, people are happy to answer Qs and help a newbie out. :)
