I was debating flagging these posts, his actual page looks legitimate but all his comments are basic welcome to steemit posts. So only flagged one of these instead of all.
Sometimes I'm just not sure if people are aware so its good just to let them know. The community is about proper engagement and its not good etiquette to be spamming the same thing. It just makes your post count look higher which can be miss leading to people if they don't actually bother to see what sort of comments the person is leaving.
