Loving the pain
Going forward is done by inertia. Whether you want it or not, you have to continue.
So, since you can not tear away the pain of loss, then you must learn to love it.
The bitterness in your soul only hurts you.
It is necessary to understand that in most cases losses are inevitably necessary. Many times what is at stake is life, and you must make the decision to lose or live. And in some cases you lose what you have not had. Or as the phrase says, "only what was not yours is gone"
Learn to love your pain, learn to love your loss. And you will see that by loving and sometimes crying you will be able to go on calmly.
