Introducing myself

I stumbled on Steemit while researching computer parts (it makes perfect sense, I promise) and after reading about the community, I decided to join.

I am a diesel mechanic by trade, though I have gone back to college to get my BA, and I’m studying creative writing. I raise and train my own horses, and I have been professionally training horses on an off since Jr high. Describing myself as an independent (hard-headed) woman is an understatement.

I’m looking forward to contributing to this community – I have spent a little time looking around and I already like what I see. I’m always looking for a good outlet to practice my writing skills on and I think Steemit might be the place.

Top photo is of my home-bred AQHA stallion, Primoris Prognatus, and below is another colt I raised and trained, Tiers of Lords (TB).
