great post .. Looking forward to young folks like yourself exploring the world of real money. I started buying silver back in 1978 at local flea markets. I remember telling my parents to buy gold in late 1978 just before the big explosion to 850.. They did not do it.. I remember tell my mom to mortgage the house and buy Gold with it.I think Gold was like 160 or so an ounce at the time.
