you shouldn't use the intruduction category unless it's your real introduction. A lot of people use it because it's a popular tag, but it will just annoy the more serious users if things are uncategorized - might get you flagged...
Like the photofeed category, who was created for professional photographs, because the photography category was trashed with bad smartphone snapshots...
