Thank you! He's a feral rescue and it's taken 4 years to get him to this point. He'll let the odd person pet him now, but I think he just limits his affection so he can offer it as a bribe when he wants something. He knows I'll cut my own leg off if it's what makes him happy, so he clings to me 24/7. I call him "selectively feral" since he only reverts back to his feral ways and fears if it suits him.
