eBook review:

After releasing his strength and nutrition pyramids in YouTube, Eric Helms decided to go more in depth in his explanation. This eBook presents the 6 levels of the strength pyramid (adherence, volume/intensity/frequency, progression, exercise selection, rest periods and lifting tempo) very detailed and gives some sample training programs for athletes with different levels and goals.

Pros:

The book is a classic and gives to anyone reading it the major components of training.
Almost everything in the book has solid references.
The sample training programs are flexible and take in consideration the trainee experience and goal.

Cons:

The only point to mention here is, that the eBook should include training recommendations for people in a calorie restricted diet.

For whom:

The eBook is for anyone interested in weight training. The sample training program is made for a person in a calorie surplus or a small deficit.
