Hey, I’ve managed to hang around Steemit for 2 months now. Things are going alright. I had an article about my trip to Yellowstone this summer take off and propel me into this reputation level so that was great. Here's a National Park article I wrote about Cuyahoga Valley.

Additionally, I posted my 100th article to the platform as well. So, getting a few words and images under my belt as well.

The community is rapidly developing and I’m excited about the next handful of months for Steem ecosystem. Communities and SMT could really revolutionize how developers utilize the tools that are in place. It took me a little while to completely understand the mechanics here. I have simultaneous emerging myself into the larger cryptocurrency dialog as well. It’s a lot to learn!

At any rate, it’s nice to find an interesting social network that happens to overlap with a topical interest. I feel like that has advanced my thinking about my relationship with personal content. This year gave me a lot of time to rethink how I want to spend time digitally and what is worth pursuing.

It’s nice to have a place like this that is evolving to explore these ideas more.
