Hey everyone,

So I joined Steemit about a week ago and I'm still trying to find my way around :).. I am also quite new to the crypto world but so far I'm loving it!

I'm a 24 year old marketing assistant for a large global brand, working 9-5 Monday to Friday, who goes to the gym 4 times a week and is currently living for the weekends! Standard right?

Two and a half years ago I graduated from UCC with a bachelors degree in Food Marketing & Entrepreneurship. I then went onto do a course in digital marketing. I couldn't wait to finish college and get out into the real world...now I'd love to be back in college with little worries haha.

I've been pretty lucky in the sense that ​having only been out of college for such a short time, I managed to land two successful marketing roles. My first role out of college was marketing executive for a restaurant chain. In this company I had free reign to do decide on, create and manage campaigns, post as I like on social media platforms, run events, set up B2Bs.. the list is endless so I won't bore you with that. I won numerous awards for social media, websites and digital marketing during my short year in this company but after 12 months an opportunity came knocking that I couldn’t refuse.

I went for the interview at 10am at the start of February 2017 and was offered the job as marketing assistant for a large global sports brand (who will remain nameless for now) at 4.30pm that same day. I now help manage the marketing campaigns, local marketing, in store marketing, social media etc. for 17 stores throughout Ireland and will be standing in as marketing manager in May for 6 months (yes at only 24 years old).

Besides my life revolving around marketing and business, I am also a gym-goer! I think it's so important to do something that is soley for you and the gym is just that...it's just for me :) I only started properly training about 6 months ago. I'm also obsessed with animals (4 dogs, 1 cat and counting haha), love travelling and going out, food, make-up, business..everything!

So, as of now, I'm not sure what my blogs will be about - probably extremely random but give me a follow if you have any interest in business, marketing or fitness :)
