Sempre decimos que la salud es el tesoromas preciado pero cuando nos detenemos a observar si le damos el vqlor que merece... yo aprendi a amarme amar mi cuerpo de lo contrario no se donde me encontraria. Pero siempre hay un stop. Muchos no lo hacen por falta de informacion otros por que siplemente no les intereza.
