This was composed by Noah and I a couple years back when we were both undergoing terrible situations simultaneously. Although our problems were different we managed to navigate the hardship with music therapy. This is for those who have been forced into those difficult fight or flight situations we don't ask for. Please take a minute to know you are a survivor <3
