Hello community of steemit, my name is Leonel Figueroa, I am 28 years old, I am Venezuelan, specifically from the city of Cumaná.
I knew this communication medium through my friend @jasst who has been on this site for a few months and given her insistence and good recommendations, motivates me to be part of this community.

Through this medium I would love to share with you my preference for art, especially that of music, since from a very young age I felt connected with it because I have gifts for singing and composition that lies in my musical ear. To be honest, I do not have a formal education or studies with respect to music, however I have been able to express my innate and empirical skills in this artistic environment.

In my adolescence, around 17 years old I started to develop in this medium, creating a punk-rock band called "KBT 60" in which I stand out as the drummer of it. I enjoyed enormously together with my companions about 2 years.
From that moment I felt motivated to continue growing and learning from this art taking my own path, reading, attending events and getting to know people with more experience in this movement.

In 2008 I received a call that had as an end the invitation to form a "metal-core" band that we call "THE LAST DAWN". we took this musical style of metal, because I was able to project my voice, demanded by the style (guttural and clean voices). The project is still under the same name

Personally, I also feel appreciation for other styles of music such as bossanova, Brazilian reggae, ballads, electronic music among others.
I have developed a strange fascination for Brazilian culture, especially the language embodied in their music and the unique and special way of elaboration, for the same reason I would like to share with you a little about these tastes and alternative affinities.
