This Platform is a DREAM for YouTubers
Hi everyone,
My name is Louis Thomas. I'm a small-time content creator who has been on YouTube for about 11 months now. I primarily make content around drugs, politics and society.
Because of how controversial and "mature" the subject matter of my videos are, many of them get demonetised for not being "advertiser friendly" enough. This means that I'm forced to either keep making videos that aren't going to make any money, or change my content altogether and essentially sell my soul to the capitalist overlords.
This is why THIS platform is a dream come true. I only heard about it for the first time about 20 minutes ago. And here I am already with an account set up, ready to start distributing my content. This is going to explode. There are so many other content creators just like me who are deeply resentful over the way we're treated over at YT.
This could conceivably be our "home" in the next few years, especially if YouTube doesn't get its act together.
I look forward to building an amazing community with everyone here.

Oh come on, this is the kind of thing that Karl Marx could only have dreamed of! Perhaps it's a beautiful mix of capitalist and socialist philosophies? I see a bit of both here.
