Intro – 10 reasons why crypto could be bad for your health

 

Hi Steemit community, 

I’m sure that 9 out of 10 Dentists might agree dealing crypto leads to a golden shiny “bling tooth” but personally I just wake at night having heart palpitations - generally caused by checking the latest price for my minuscule amount of GPU mined coins :)

Sorry that's all I have on health benefits!!; I actually joined because I wanted to help out a friend 

A few months back I decided to write a fictional book with a friend (crazy because I’ve never written anything and my English/spelling/education background is yeah, pretty rough as you can tell from this post). My friend is an developing artist with a variety of gifts and skills including dabbling with illustrations, but I believe she has very low confidence and is also introverted. 

I was struggling on how I could help, wrong or right, I proposed a collaborative project and we went to work together on the so mentioned book.  I offered to pay fully for the book to be published, with a 50/50 split for anything sold (if she promised to finish what we started). 

Unfortunately, we haven’t finished (about half complete) progress is now extremely slow and we are probably now going to stop. At this stage I fear we will never finish, not unless it can prove its worth so far so to speak (basically our confidence has dropped too low and life in general is getting in the way). 

 I recently came across Steem crypto currency and was thinking, wouldn’t it be great if I could somehow link my interest in crypto currency to the book writing.

Right now I don’t really understand how Steem works (or even if I'm doing this post correctly?) and have no social media followers, so expectations are low. Still, if there is some way i can make this work I would like to try. I was thinking along the lines I could post a page each week and try to raise some coins.

 I have asked her in principal to the approach and she has agreed and I have full permission to share the materials in this manner. Anyways, if people are keen I could post the first page or two and see what people think? Hopefully raising some Steemit coins for our cause in the process??.   

P.S. here are some pictures of my family proving I’m not a robot, and breaking up the text as suggested.  I have linked a very small picture of myself on the profile (but prefer to remain somewhat anonymous as don’t want to embarrass my friend if this doesn’t work  out).
