How a 15year boy changed his life

Hello i am ayush living in Inida in a nuclear family in class 10. And i got 87% in my 1st pre board. However, i got only 61% in class 9
term II. So, do you want to know how did i went from 61% to 87%? READ IT ALL.

Today in this post i am not going to tell you not about how to score good marks in school but about how to become more productive and consistent. Well to know this i will tell you a short backstory of mine. Okay so lets begin.

When i was in class 9th (in lock down) i was badly addicted to some a bad habbits maybe you guessed it already. So, it was like a daily routine that i had been continuing for more than 2years by then. Also i was quite fat also i was a simp for girls. That life was truly ridiculous but i coudlnt find it wrong at any point by then, but then one day when i was in my village a brother in my neighbour really impressed me his behaviour and body language was completely different from most of the boys i know of that age. So one day i just managed to ask him so he told me that he was going through the same but one day he found some videos related to workout on yt and he decided to start workout and then he told me that working out almost everyday a week really helped him gain a strong mindset. After hearing this from him i also started working out and trust me this was one of the best decision i made ever. In few weeks i slowly begin to gain controll on my urges. But this was not the only thing i did for what kind of life i am living today. After 1 year i had a good controll on my urges but still i was not good in studies, communication, consistency and many other stuff... So how did i overcome these? So i was just scrolling through instagram and i found a video " only videos you need to watch to become a millionaire in your 20s " And i had nothing to do so, i just watched those one of those was a video titled as " How to take back control of your life " which was basically about " MONK MODE ". I cant explain it all as it will take too much precious time of yours, so it was basically made two things non-negotiables and variables. Non-negotiables contains 3 things- 1). 30mins of exercise, 2). 10mins of meditation, 3). No alcohols & weed. and variables made of few things like strict diet, 10mins of reading, 1 outreach and if you want you can add anything but be sure you add only upto 4 variables (maximum). Trust me you may not feel the result on day 1, day 2, day3 but once you get to week 3, week 4 you will be like: what happening? Why am i so calm? Why the things i used to get distracted to not pulling me anymore? And trust me you gonna feel this way too! But here is one tip try to increase your meditation time.

And trust me it really worked for me. I really evolved from immature bad ugly simp boy to a highly mature, quite good looking, alpha to sigma male. ( maybe i said too much about myself ) my grades, my thinking ability, my situation understanding, everyone respect for me really increased in this time because of these things.

It's great that you found inspiration from a neighbor and were able to take control of your life through exercise and the "monk mode" approach.
