Hello! It's nice to meet you, I guess?

I am myself a newbie on this website. Before I created this account, I had a definite idea of what I was trying to do, but making that first step is always the hardest, isn't it? Steemit surely feels refreshing compared to some other social networks that one might be used to ;)
I'd like to point out that while it might be common practice on some websites, according to the FAQ, steemit doesn't support "follow/like trading". I assume this is because real money is involved and such behaviour might result in exploitative strategies being employed by rogue users who try to earn some quick bucks.
So, be careful when somebody tries to offer you follows or likes, especially for money.

It's not much to go by, but judging from your post you have a fairly open and sociable (online-)personality. I think those are good preconditions for some fun and entertaining content. I'll look forward to more from you. ;)
