Hi! I 100% agree with this "people don't have the will to treat their bodies right is because getting healthy is not exciting."... blood sweat and tears is not exciting to me... but a goal that excites me or doing something fun in the process to make it fun... that makes it doable.... I look forward to your next posts!
It's a crazy feeling when you know what you need to do but you just cant seem to find the will to do it. sooo frustrating feeling :p Thanks goodness I found inversions ahah
