How to add a Profile picture to your Steemit public profile in 8 SIMPLE STEPS

Hey everyone, I know that as we enter STEEMIT we have to figure out some things, like how to upload a profile picture into STEEMIT, so if you don´t have any idea, how to do it, read the instructions below..

Let´s begin!

• STEP 1

Loggin in "STEEMIT.COM"

---Add your secret password, the one STEEMIT send into your email address (never give it or said to anyone, neither text it or write it in any form outside of STEEMIT official stuff, be carefull) :)

• STEP 2

---Click on your icon, in my case I have an image but if you don´t have one the icon that will appear would be this..

• STEP 3

---Go to settings and you will enter to your "PUBLIC PROFILE SETTINGS".--Don´t close your brower window, open another one and add this link.

• STEP 4

---Enter imgsafe.org

• STEP 5

---Once you know the location of the image you want to USE, go to browse and select it.

---Or go to the link of the image and add it to the space there. Once you add your photo clic in the "upload from the web" button.

• STEP 6

---Click the button "Upload". So it will upload.

---Once the upload button doesn´t show up any more, clic on the image.

---It will open a new TAB

---Copy the link of the new TAB

• STEP 7

Paste the link in "Profile Picture URL"

• STEP 8

---Click on update.

--A popup will appear, asking for your password as a security measure. Add it and click "sing in".

THAT´S HOW YOU CAN ADD YOUR PROFILE PICTURE TO YOUR STEEMIT ACCOUNT :)
