Move it or lose it! I don't bike as much as I once did, but I do play racquetball a few times a week and hit the gym before I play. My habit is to hit the gym every Tuesday and Thursday at a minimum. I have friends that expect me to be there now, so I go even if I may not want to, on a particular night. It's my habit to go on those nights, and people know that is my habit, so they expect me to be out of touch at those times.
I saw your oatmeal and blueberry meal. I have that most days, but have been adding other things, one by one. Now mine has regular plain oatmeal, organic oatmeal, honey, walnut oil, chia seeds, almond milk, enriched bran flakes, blueberries. it all barely fits in the bowl anymore!

Thanks for your thoughtful reply. Sounds like a big bowl of goodness. I can't find the exact quote, but it was mentioned in Walden about large ox in the field being powered by oats. Figure if it's good enough for an 800 lb beast.... It's good enough for little old me ;)
