#introduceyourself - I am Joy - Steemit is my new home!

Hi Steemians, my name is Joy Kel with the username Jpearls. I’m super excited to join the @Steemit community. I’m a writer, Editor and relationship counselor. I’ve not been so much on social media but have written relationship articles for websites. I heard about Steemit from @kisrael! I have 5000 subscribers on Facebook and all have been yearning for a blog from me, Steemit is my answer to that! This is my first post on Steemit but believe me, I’ve made pretty damn research on posts by other Steemians both newbies and whales. Some of them are @maverickinvictus, @haejin, @purepinpay, I learnt from these wonderful guys, from crypto to travels, Steemit have been worth the time. I greatly admire the fact that quality contents are appreciated and rewarded!

MY STORY

Well, this is not a once upon a time story. It’s my inspiration, my motivation to make the world a better place to live in by helping broken relationships heal.

I am married for 4 months and have been in a relationship with my husband for five years. I was terrified of being in a relationship when I saw how marriages break apart. Some of them were not even up to a month old! I was scared of being heart broken and this stopped me from being close to guys until lately (when I met my husband). I noticed that no one cares about the broken marriages and relationship and people hardly talk about them. It have become a norm, so why will anyone care? When I met my man, he was so wonderful that I often feared I might lose him! I never wanted that to happen, I started searching for reasons why romantic relationships turn sour. I came up with answers and cures to broken romantic relationships and marriages. So far, I have proffered solutions to hundreds of relationships and thanks to Steemit, I look forward to reaching more people.

But that’s not all!

HOBBIES

I have lots of hobbies! You may ask why, well, I hate boredom! I love traveling and I have great passion for music too. Writing is not out of it (my time here on Steemit will attest to that). I’m a fan of nice drawings, I draw still life and nature drawings. The steemit drawing on paper proves this. I love cooking generally and baking in particular.

STEEMIT TARGET

Steemit is a promising platform to impact lives, and I'm aware that quality contents are appreciated here. There's nothing as fulfilling as healing people’s minds with quality contents. I want to earn a place in the lives of Steemians by contributing. That’s worth more than gold!

Relationships
I've got a wealth of knowledge to share from my five years of relationship.

Travel
I love traveling a lot, and I'll post picture of my travel experiences. You can as well suggest beautiful places where I can go for vacation and adventure with my family.

Cooking/Baking Recipes
Cooking and baking is my thing and I don't mind sharing with Steemians my recipes for cupcakes, Jamaica sauce. Haha looking forward to that already.

Hand drawn memes
I will draw memes and use it to reply to comments. May take time though but I love using my hands.

PowerPoint animation
I didn't talk about that earlier right? I will share on Dtube my discovery of the use Microsoft PowerPoint to create animations.

Motivation
I don't give room to depression. If you want out, I might be your option. I will help Steemians get motivated in their personal lives. This will be one of my greatest contributions to Steemit because when people are motivated, they're at their best when posting, and commenting.
