One of the first things you're going to want to do is make a verification post. I see you've already posted some lovely photos, but now the community needs you to post one of you holding a sign (it can be a simple piece of paper) with today's date, your username, and the work Steemit.

This is something the community came up with to reduce fake accounts, stolen identities, spam, and scams.
