Thanks for sharing! This is very very true.
It's all about mindset and what YOU decide to bring you down.
What I do right before I get worked up/upset is ask myself "Is this worth something to get worked up about?"
9.9/10 times it's not, and will only bring me down. I brush off the fact that I just spilt milk all over the kitchen floor, and keep my cool. Because in the end, there's no point!
