What do you think their general reaction would be right now? because I'm not certain, lot of grumpy old forum guys but plenty of ambitious young guys too
lol I agree, the older guys would not see the benefit of Steemit, but the younger crowed who wants to share their stories would enjoy the platform especially since they could potentially earn money from their content, which you and I both know would go right back into their rigs!
It is, way better than other platforms in my opinion. We plan on using this as our main site for articles and hope to bring some of our off road/overland friends here too.
We might convert more of us over to the Steemit platform!

I was talking to @parkerboyack about this being a perfect place to write TRIP REPORTS
