Dear steemit freind, it is true ,I'm not perfect! i love to lose weight, i hate fat , i love runing, walking, to lose weight, I have a mombod and I'm trying to lose a little extra weight! I'm recovering from a pretty rough injury! I'm working my Ass off and it's slowly paying off. No excuses! I can't wait to be where I feel great in my skin again! if you wana keep your body fit , healthy then fat is not best for body,, for health, you can lose your cholestrol with this , i absolutely love my shaker cup!
