Problem: 

The music industry continues to grapple with the world of digital commerce and appears to be struggling to make sense of it… 

It is extremely difficult for artists, composers and songwriters to make a living. 

Solution: 

We maximise earnings, and provide the fair division and prompt payment of royalties, by making all the necessary administrative processes much more efficient. By using blockchain technology - ownership, purchase records, accounting and all other details pertaining to any song are indisputable.   This makes it the ideal environment for the key processes which Internet Music handles: 

Copyright Registration, Release, and Licensing. 

These processes are the backbone of our Music as a Service (MaaS) infrastructure...   

The Market 

The size of the online music market is $6.7bn, leading to substantial initial revenue within 12 months. Where traditional banking charge 6-7% (including reduced compound interest on delayed payments and eliminating foreign exchange risks), Internet Music charges 0.9-2%, on every digital transaction. For example: We will be saving Sony Music Entertainment $55.8 Million YoY in reduced transaction fee/reduced compound interest on delays (estimated). Furthermore - Spotify could save close to $55 million (326 man-years) from more efficient royalty reporting and payments.   

Progress/Proof 

The management team of Internet Music are well established and connected in the Music Industry to all the significant collection societies and copyright and metadata owners in all major markets. They are currently in advanced talks with several of these organisations including PRS for Music, who they have been working with over the last 12 months. The Internet Music foundation is under establishment with European technology partners to provide a fast-track for new DSP (Digital Service Providers) that wants to enter the market by dipping into our MaaS (Music as a Service) solutions. This will firmly introduce our own crypto-currency CopyrightCoins in a global market like Bitcoin and Ether. All is in proof of concept/prototype/Alpha stages...

The Internet Music Crowdsale. 

 The Internet Music Crowdsale is different in that everything raised  above a basic administrative and development level (to be divided  between content acquisition administration and operation and technical  development of CopyrightCoins) will not leave the foundation and be used  in advances for exclusivity of copyright (both musical works and  recordings). 

Every Euro will go into paying advances. 

Everything raised above this basic level gives us more copyrights  under exclusive digital administration. It is estimated that a total of  €150 million will give us an exclusive digital administration over some  80% of the total high earners copyrights (some €5.6 Billion in  Year-on-Year turnover). Which means that more than 93% of the invested “money” will not be at risk, but stay in the foundation and can be used to support up and coming artists and songwriters. Or (alternatively or both) payed back to the original investors under terms as to minimize risk.
