Broccoli Sprout is the baby youthful version from the broccoli head that we all know, they are more nutrient dense and require to eat less quantity to benefit from its qualities.

It is part of the cruciferous vegetables which includes arugula, brussels sprouts, cabbage, bok choy, etc.

Cruciferous vegetable contain a substance called glucoraphanin and sulforaphane, which is antioxidant and detoxifier.

Broccoli Sprout contain 30-50x more glucoraphanin than regular broccoli head.

They help detoxify your body from carcinogens from the solution that you breath and toxins you ingest and as well increase your immune systems.
