Voting Weight Is Too Small....!!!!

I have a problem that I would like to share with you.
Maybe somebody can help me with information.
while I was voting for a post I had a message that says " Voting wight is too small......" as shown in this photo>>
So please help me with information if you can.

If you upvote too many things you run out of power. I think votes recharge at around 8.333 an hour. If you want to check out your voting power go here

Its slower then that, you recover a bit less then 1% of your voting power per hour (which is about 2 votes).
Wow, thanks @hatemmkh for the question and your replies guys. They say don't lower it down to 70. Now I know how long it will take for it to rise up.

I advise you to upvote only 10 - 15 posts per day.
