Hola, mi nombre es Guillermo Pérez, tengo 20 años soy estudiante de octavo semestre de ingeniería de alimentos, así que cuento con amplio conocimiento en las ciencias alimentarias, lo que encontrarán en mi blog será relación con alimentos, desde mitos hasta información muy importante que a diario omitimos, como toda la química que se esconde tras un simple pan. Además de mi conocimiento en el tema de los alimentos subiré ciertas fotografías de la ciudad que tomo en cualquier momento cuando considero un buen sitio para una foto perfecta
