Hello guys,

OFFICIALLY ME

It has been over a week since i signed up and i think this is the right time to introduce my self. I'm Anyanwu Ikechukwu Gideon by name and am a Nigerian. I have two beautiful sisters which simply means am the only son. I am currently studying Geology in Federal University of Technology, Owerri.

MY LIKES AND DISLIKES

Talking about what i like and dislike, sincerely, i would say i like humility, as the popular saying goes,"pride goes before a fall". I also like sharing facts and ideas with people "am a very interactive person". Well, since i like humility, that simply means i detest pride, arrogance and a dull environment. There'g that give me more joy than sharing my new ideas with people, that's what made me pick interest in this wonderful social platform "Steemit". I believe that it is a medium by which people can learn and be taught and i am highly pleased to be a member.

HOW I CAME ABOUT STEEMIT

My dear friend @tony-duke had been telling me about steemit for a while now,i had been stalling for a while, but throughout the yuletid season i saw how much dedication he used to promote the site on facebook and whatsapp, he started to draw my interest little by little. Now this few days i have been on the site, from my little observations, steemit is a totally awesome platform and i have decided to put in my full effort into blogging quality content and feed steemians with some basic knowledge about my field of study which is the study of the earth.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, i thank every member of steemit for sharing their ideas,and for the good work they do in the lives of young people.I also thank @tony-duke for introducing me to this wonderful platform.I promise to be of a good impact to this community in sharing my ideas,knowledge and intellect.Thanks
