Hello Steemit world! My name is Génesis and I am from the beautiful country Venezuela. I just want to tell you a bit more about me since I am new over here.

I am 25 years old and Spanish is my native language. My family of 4 is really crazy and everybody has different personalities (black sheep and craziest one here). I am the youngest; my brother is 27 and we all live together in a big orange house. 

I was born and raised in Barcelona (Venezuela) in the State of Anzoátegui. This Barcelona is located in the northeastern region of the country and believe me, it has amazing beaches and views. I really love living by the coast but the weather is unbearable sometimes. Imagine living ALWAYS in summer! Yes!! Now, you got me. 

After graduating from High School, I didn't have any idea what I wanted to do with my life so I decided to be an architect. Throughout the semestres, I found out that wasn't my passion so I dropped out of college and sincerely it was the best decision I have ever taken. 

One of those days, sailing in my dark ocean, I was walking around a store and saw an advertising about a university offering languages careers and didn't waste more time, I just enroled in Languages with Special Mention in English. 

During this period, I met amazing people, made really good friends and thanks to that decision I even found love. 

When I was at the beginning of the career, I got the chance to teach English in a small academy in the afternoons. The payment was just like air, I could barely see it but this job gave me the oportunity to improve my skills. I am still teaching.

I have modeled, taken makeup courses, danced ballet and Salsa Casino . Also, I enjoy doing hairstyles and singing.

I am optimistic, messy but organized, clumsy, easy learner, quiet but silly, simple, kind, friendly, anxious and I want to be a lawyer.

This is me, myself and I and all my experiences brought me here, in my bed writing this post.

I will keep writing about my life, my teaching experiences, how I learned a second language, how I survive in Venezuela, beauty tips, hairstyles and so much more. This is my journal.
