Hello Steemit!

My name is Gel from the sunny island of Cebu in the Philippines. I work as a recruiter in an ESL company and as a part-time tour guide and teacher. You'd find me mostly in the water during my free time. I could either be swimming or freediving. If i'm not doing those then Id be in the malls * oops scratch that* (can't be in malls now coz I'm so f*cking broke.) Yeah, I just quit my long term job in the call center because I wanna work from home. I'm gonna tell you about this on a separate entry I guess.

So, how did I end up here? I came to know about this awesome community through my friends, both long term and new users of this platform. Thanks @iwanderela @bellatravelph @xsasj @jhezontheroad for reminding me to make my first post and letting me know about the awesome things you can achieve from this community.

Up to now, I haven't decided what my blog would contain. Friends, parties, health, fitness and training, travel, photography, some deep thoughts about life, and so on - it will be a curation of all the things I'm interested in. I'd also try to join some contests and create my own challenge as well.

I easily make friends and that's what I hope to find here soon. I can't wait to share and learn from all of you guys!
