BI is not at risk of using Bitcoin

Bank Indonesia (BI) has stated that

virtual currency including bitcoin is not a valid payment instrument in NKRI region.

Therefore, the central bank does not bear the risk

which occurs when people use the currency.

The bitcoin is widely used for investment, like gold.

Risks related to the use of virtual currency,

said BI Governor Agus DW Martowardojo, should not be underestimated.

The risk is something that should not be taken lightly.
