from Italy to Far North Queensland (Australia)
Hi stemians, how are you? I'm writing my first story from Townsville, a small city in North Queensland, not too far from the Great Barrier Reef.
As I anticipated in the title, I was born and grown up in Italy. Guastalla is a little town in the middle of north Italy on the banks of Po river.
After 28 years I decided to change my life and the first of December 2013 I landed in Perth - WA
After a couple of years in the terrific capitol of Western Australia I decided that it was the time to move to the east coast.
Gold Coast was my choice. A stunning city on the Pacific Ocean coast, just one hour south from Brisbane.
My trip was only at the beginning and after 12 months I found a new Job in Sydney, the most beautiful city down under.
How did I end in Townsville? Simple, I just want to become a scientist. James Cook University is in of the top 2% in the world.
Now it's time to tell you something about me. I like any type of photography ( street, landscape, portrait, naturalistic). I'm crazy for soccer and my team is AC Milan but I also enjoy any type of sports. Here in Townsville I started to ride a Mountain Bike. I love travel, reading books, watching tv series, hang out with friends and girl friend. I'm into crypto currency because i think blockchain technology is the future.
I am sure Streemit will grow up very quickly and I am happy to be one of its "Stemians".

I live in Australia also I'm on the North Coast in New South Wales ... I hear JCU is a fantasic uni also heard they had a nightclub on campus can you confirm this for me ? I was going to go to JCU in my early 20s and do indigenous studies but I got into the media sector and now I'm at home music producer.
Hi thanks for your comment. They have a pub more than a club. Most of the students go to Flinder st. during the week end or cheap Tuesday. A lot of fun. We also have Cowboys that they gonna play the great final this Sunday
I was on a package tour of Australia and have visited Sydney, Brisbane, Queensland, Melbourne and Cairns. We were taken to those sights that are tourists' attractions.
Your life's journey seems interesting and so are your photos. I too am a passionate photographer.
I spent 1 year in Gold Coast and 1 year in Sydney. Australia is one of the best country for backpackers. I follow you
