If you do not feel love, dedication, passion, and discipline for what you do, you will never succeed. The really important thing is that if you are willing to delve into this art, in order to allow its evolution in a respectful way.

History

The barber is a person whose occupation is to shave, cut and condition the hair. His place of work is known as "Barbershop" or "house of barber". The Barbershops are also places of social interaction and public discourse. In some cases, barbershops are also public forums and places for open debates, it serves to express public concern, the participation of citizens in debates on current issues that influenced in this way the formation of identity. masculine.

The practice of barbering goes back almost 20 thousand years in history, it is possibly one of the oldest trades, which have served for armies, kings and slaves. The clearing chose the barbers to perform surgical practices in the medieval period and for about 6 centuries they were respected and persecuted at the same time.

The crisis suffered by the barbershop was King George second of England, the royal decree decree in 1745, limited to a single and exclusively to the barbers to the tensorial work, being excluded surgical interventions, blood draws and dental extractions. By then France and England imposed the fashion of carrying out the wigs at that time when the crime of hairdressing emerged, leaving the barbers in the background. Fortunately this horrendous fashion to wear the wig was temporary and the barbers returned to their rightful place in social status.

In the 20th century, the first school of barbers of the world was born, it opened its doors in Chicago, what we know today as the doctrine of the old school, lived its maximum splendor in the first half of the 20th century, however, the second half hit hard again; since a new tendency to wear long hair was born, reducing its masculinity to such an extent that the percentage of closed barber shops turned out to be epidemic; acclaiming equality and unity the concept of unisex living room, was established for a few decades, thus depriving both men and women of their own identity.

However, the community of barbers that was discredited and marginalized by professional figures in the field of personal image, has managed to rescue the man from the cursileria.

Currently the barbershops have given men that important contribution as it is to see you and feel good about yourself since you project a neat and gallant image to the world. Nowadays most hairdressers are unisex, I define myself more by a classic-modern barber; Most hairdressers want to impose their cuts, their techniques; The barber does not. The Barber asks you: with scissors or with a machine? What type of cut does he want ?, among other things; the hairdresser without asking begins to trim the hair, this is the biggest difference between a hairdresser and a barber.

On the other hand, having a good haircut is accompanied by a good locker room and more now where society demands more every day. How you fix yourself will be how you project your personality to the naked eye.

I decided to be part of this great community, because it called my attention too much already it has a unique and productive theme that provides very varied information, even when I do not understand some things, Steemit excited me, since I can expand my knowledge and in the same way I can contribute what I know.
