Let me introduce myself

My name is Fatih. Nice to meet you!

I'm a 26 year old college student who is studying for a bachelor's degree in IT & Software Development. I actually started my college adventure with studying Marketing, but I had to dropout because I was bad at French and broke my hip. I decided during the hospital that I should pursue a carreer in IT. The reasons were that I always was interested in technology and computers. Everything about these domains I learned and understood very fast. This was a decision I should have took long ago. I never could have imagined before how fun coding could be! I never knew I could code good either.

I should have known that I could be good at coding. I've always been a person that loves to find solutions to problems. That's all that coding is about actually. There is a problem you or a client has, and you need to solve it. Also me being an analytical thinker helps a lot too. What drives me a lot in life is being to able to make something that helps humans in their everyday life. The more persons enjoy their life, the better society as whole gets. I love to see progression.

I'm also very interested in blockchains. It intrigues me how Bitcoin made it possible to decentralize money and give the power back to the people. There are also many cool and amazing projects that change the traditional processes of invoices, supply chains, blogs, voting, etc. These are exciting times, many new projects are popping up and who knows what the next big thing will be on blockchains.

I will use Steemit to blog my personal and professional progress. I'll also share stuff about my personal projects, what I learned, some tips and research in the categories of blockchains and technology.
