Very interesting introduction. I'm sure we'd get along great. I bet you have kombucha fermenting as well up in there. Thank you for posting.

I overthink things. When looking into kombucha I found that different kombuchas eat different teas at different times of life like black tea or green tea Etc so since I've never knew someone doing it right I haven't done it yet probably cuz I'm really consumed with Korean natural farming and creating our inputs that we can eat and give to our plants
