A brief essay "Cahaya Ilmu Aceh Sydney" tells an inspirational figure of a young Acehnese traveler traveling from Aceh to Sydney looking for a handful of illuminated lights of science.

The presence of I@fadhila gave hope a new glimmer of color for the young generation of Aceh. Through his stance established RUMBA NGO (Rumoh Bahasa) with the goal of creating a change for the future generation of Aceh Nad

His research interests are in language teaching methods and approaches, including the use of genre approaches for teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and communicative language teaching in general Prior to completing his PhD degree at UNE, @fadhila completed his Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics at Macquarie University, Australia in 2007.
