The new guy on the block and this is my introductory post on steemit!

Hi steemians, i'm the new guy on the block and this is my #introduceyourself post. My name is Ezun Joshua i'm a native of Lagos, Nigeria. I was born to Mr. Titus Ezun and Mrs. Abiodun Ezun, although my mum is now late. I have 5 brothers and 4 sisters all of which are a source of inspiration to me. I am an artist blood and soul.
I believe art is life and not just a piece of work, literarily art works speak to me. I am currently studying music in the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Nigeria. Music is a great passion of mine and i'm in love with the piano. I play mainly classical music and I admire the works of the great virtuoso pianist Franz Lizst who so happens to be my model. My one dream is to become the greatest pianist after the order of Franz Lizst and thanks to technology I can upload my videos on various platforms including steemit.

WHO INTRODUCED ME TO STEEMIT

My good friend @tezzmax introduced me to steemit. I had always noticed his writing of articles and my curiosity led me to ask. After he explained the whole system and how it works to me, my eyes lit up and I was spirit bound to partake in it. Thanks friend for your help and tutorship.

WHY I JOINED STEEMIT

When I was told about steemit my first fear was that my works would be duplicated but then I was assured that measures have already been taken to prevent such, my heart was gladdened after hearing this because I like raw contents and everything I intend on posting on my blog would be composed by yours truly. I also joined steemit with the hope that I would meet other creative writers who are better than and can push ne to heights I never knew I could attain.

WHAT I INTEND DOING ON STEEMIT

I intend on uploading my poems and thoughts and once in a while i'll upload videos of myself playing classical pieces and sure i'll write about my views on that piece. You won't regret stopping by, this I promise.
