Last Summer every day I would take time to go out on the Balcony of Our Condo and Work Out.. The previous months before I had a trainer that I worked out with for a month and a half, she really got my life right! I gained so much stamina and drive, once I ended up moving going to meet up with her every day would have been stressful on that gas tank! I knew deep down though, that I only needed myself and the space to accomplish my goals.

Equipment? Gym Membership? TRAINER? ALL GONE! Now all I have is My Desires to Achieve. SO I took it upon Myself, to wake up and Make TIME, Every Day; at least Five Days out of the week to Go on That Balcony, and Workout! I had Youtube Videos to assist me in specific areas I wanted to target, and What I had learned from previous experience. I was Soaking up the Sun ☀️ No Beach Needed; and it felt so good. I would Sweat up a storm and Work Out For at Least an Hour.. I was so Proud Of Myself and the transformations I had made. I made it a priority to take care of my body, and from there so many great thoughts hence things came to me. I Changed My name from my Obvious Evolution of self, I was no longer the Same Person, and started my first business as a Senior in College, Life Coaching and Spiritual Work. I activated a part of my soul that was yearning to be GREAT!

That Balcony had so much to offer, Plus it was right next to a clean and clear Body Of Water so bugs , plants and animals were everywhere you looked... clear skies with a bright sun ☀️. Just Myself and Nature.... I planted my first garden on that Balcony and really felt what it was to be my Greatest Self.

Whatever we Do, & Whomever we do it with... these things should always move us closer to our source and feed us to be at our best and highest being... anything less than worthy will drain us up and suck us dry putting us in a place we’d always thought we would avoid.. .

Pick up the pieces, Learn the Lesson and Be Grateful! We’ve got the REST Of our Lives to do it RIGHT..
