Glad to be here, and will be sharing all manner of insights, sins and stories. There will be much on meditation and the mind, crypto shenanigans, adventures, and treasure hunts. Be prepared, like a scout....

Been out and about, all around the world for seemingly decades....
Currently alive by avoiding drop bears in Australia.

I sit with a meditation teacher, and this has pretty much saved me from myself. Much of my future writings will probably incorporate meditation and that journey in some fashion, as most of my adult life has been focused thereof. This has taken me from Egypt to India to Australia and further afield, but curiously has found me right here, sitting in this chair.

Hopefully I can also bring some benefit to others here at times, and will be sharing resources and work on topics such as anxiety or depression, self-care or qi gong. Just some info for well being and sanity. (

Professionally I'm a registered therapist by day, crypto investor by night. I also aspire to treasure hunting, because I always wanted to be like Indiana Jones a little bit, and am looking into Forrest Fenn's Treasure.
